At Petrichor Health Care (A daughter unit of Petrichor Artistry LLP) , we are committed to delivering your medicine kits safely and on time. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping practices and what you can expect when placing an order with us.
1. Processing Time : All orders are processed within 4-5 business days*. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. 

*High Volume: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone 

Consultation- Based Orders: For orders requiring a prior telemedicine consultation, the processing time begins after the doctor has reviewed your case and approved the prescription kit.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and informed to you post checkout. 

Remote Areas: Delivery to remote or difficult-to-access locations may take longer than the estimated time.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Serviceable Areas - We currently ship to addresses within India and outside India (with prior discussion)
5. Damages and Lost Packages: Damaged on Arrival: If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact us immediately (within 24 hours) to file a claim. Please refer to our Refund Policy for specific steps.

Lost Packages: If your tracking status says "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the carrier immediately. If the issue is not resolved, contact our support team.

6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, shipping charges will apply for re-delivery.
