Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Petrichor Health Care ( Daughter unit of Petrichor Artistry LLP), we strive to ensure that you receive the best care and products. However, due to the nature of medical products and telemedicine services, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds and cancellations.
1. Cancellation Policy
A. Medicine Kits / Products
Before Shipment: You may cancel your order for a medicine kit within 60 minutes of ordering. In such cases, a full refund will be initiated.
After Shipment: Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
B. Telemedicine Consultations
Rescheduling: You may reschedule a consultation up to 4 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty.
Cancellation: If you cancel a consultation less than 4hours before the scheduled time, a cancellation fee of 50% may apply.
2. Return Policy
Due to health, hygiene, and safety regulations, we do not accept returns on medicine kits or homeopathic remedies once they have been delivered, unless the product is damaged or defective.
3. Refunds for Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please follow these steps:
Notify Us: Contact us at petrichororg@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Evidence: Please provide your Order ID and clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect product.
Resolution: Upon verification, we will either send a replacement free of charge or initiate a full refund.
4. Refund Processing Timeline
If your refund request is approved (for cancellations before shipment or damaged goods):
The refund will be processed to your original method of payment (via Razorpay).
Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear in your bank account or credit card statement, depending on your bank's processing time.
